Spring #OOTD / Truly Jamie

Welcome back and HAPPY FRIDAY!! I am seriously so happy that it’s the weekend! I have been so crazy with work stuff lately that every week I literally count down the days to the weekend LOL. So, I’m starting your Friday morning off with a blog post! My girl, Faith and I got together on Monday and we were able to shoot some photos for you guys! I am seriously so obsessed with how they turned out. I think this is my favorite outfit and my favorite photos that I’ve ever shared on here! I know you guys are going to love them too.

On Monday, Faith and I spent our day on Melrose in West Hollywood. It’s seriously so cute there and definitely a must if you are ever in the area! It’s totally Instagram worthy and you guys know, that’s what I love the most. Of course, we had to start the morning off with coffee! It’s a given when we’re together. No questions asked, we’ll end up getting coffee at least once or twice within the time were together. I’m sure you guys have heard of Alfred’s Coffee & Tea by now. They’re super popular on insta and it’s adorable inside.

For my outfit, I actually had this look planned for quite some time. I think it’s so cute, trendy, and perfect for spring! I was saving it for the perfect event! It’s pretty casual but I feel like it’s really chic and I needed to save it for something where I was able to capture it in a photo! It’s definitely blog worthy in my opinion. So when Faith came back in town, it was the perfect opportunity!

Let’s start from the top and take it down to the shoes!

I am seriously obsessed with this neck scarf and poplin top combo! Both of these pieces are on trend for the spring season and they were both very affordable! In case you guys haven’t noticed, it has been ALL ABOUT neck scarfs/bandanas for the last few months. And I am here for it! I absolutely love this trend and I think it is a really easy way to look stylish and keep up with the trends while still staying on budget! I bought this silk neck scarf from Urban Outfitters last summer. I linked similar below. My top is surprisingly from Abercrombie & Fitch! You might remember it from my Fall Fashion Haul on my youtube from last year! It has taken me from season to season and it’s still so on trend! It’s actually on sale right now! Get it before it sells out here

So, if you guys have me on snap… you remember my struggle with these jeans. It was a journey to get them but I love them! I kept ordering the wrong size in so I literally had to exchange them 4 times! I almost gave up but, it ended up paying off because they went on sale for 50% off! They are no longer available on Nordstrom.com for the sale price but I linked them below from Blooming Dales. They are a great pair of denim and they go with everything! This mom jean/boyfriend style is all the rage right now so I needed a pair! I love the light wash denim for the spring and summer.

Lastly, my tried and true Steve Madden block heels! These are one of those shoes that look great year round, but there’s something about them in the spring and summer. I finished the look off with these sandals because I wanted to keep the outfit light and fresh. These paired nicely with the white top and navy blue scarf. I love the tassels on the back that add just a little bit of fun to the outfit. These exact sandals are no longer available. BUT, I found a pair that looks almost identical.
